Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

​

Orders placed on www.onist.co.uk are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 working days. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on destination and selected delivery service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

​

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient (the importer).


Under the Windsor Framework, shipments to Northern Ireland from Great Britain are treated as UK domestic deliveries. However, EU customs and regulatory requirements may still apply depending on product classification and business usage.

Cooling-Off Period & Returns

​

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel and return eligible goods within 14 calendar days of receipt (the "cooling-off period").

​

To return a product under the cooling-off period:

  • Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return the item in its original condition within 14 days of cancellation.

  • All returns are at the customer’s own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged after delivery, or made to your custom specifications (unless faulty).

Change of Mind Returns

​

If you change your mind about a purchase after the cooling-off period or outside its scope, you may still request a return. Such returns are discretionary and must be:

  • Pre-approved by Onist Art Supplies Ltd;

  • Returned at the customer’s expense;

  • In unused, resaleable condition.
